These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website axteredits.com (the “Site”) and the software products sold by Floww (“Floww”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Vaultex extension for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (the “Software”).
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software or the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. The Software
Vaultex is a panel extension that runs inside Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. It is licensed, not sold. We may release other products under the Floww brand, and these Terms apply to those products unless stated otherwise.
2. License
When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software in accordance with these Terms and the terms shown at checkout.
Each license key may be activated on up to the number of machines stated for that product (currently up to two machines per key, unless otherwise specified). A bundle purchase issues a separate key for each included product.
You may use the Software for personal and commercial creative work.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute your license key or the Software
exceed the permitted number of activations, or circumvent, disable, or tamper with license validation
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where this restriction is prohibited by law
remove or alter any copyright, branding, or proprietary notices
use the Software for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms.
4. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments, under their own terms, and applicable taxes may be added. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. Delivery
The Software and license keys are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase, you receive your license key and download instructions by email and/or on the confirmation screen. No physical product is shipped.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and the limited exceptions we may consider.
7. Updates and support
We may release updates, fixes, and new versions of the Software, but we are not obligated to do so, and we may change or discontinue features. We provide support by email at floww@axteredits.com on a reasonable-efforts basis.
8. Intellectual property
The Software, the Site, and all related content, branding, and design are owned by Floww and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
9. Third-party components
The Software may include third-party components, such as the FFmpeg multimedia framework, which are provided under their own licenses. Your use of those components is subject to their respective terms. The Software also relies on Adobe applications, which are governed by Adobe’s own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software and Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system or future version of Adobe applications.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floww will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or projects, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Software or Site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant license.
12. Termination
These Terms and your license remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using and remove the Software.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Software or Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
