This Privacy Policy explains how Floww (“Floww”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit axteredits.com (the “Site”) or use our software products, including the Vaultex extension for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (the “Software”).
By using the Site or the Software, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Who we are
Floww is the brand under which we develop and sell extensions for Adobe Creative Cloud applications. You can reach us at floww@axteredits.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
Waitlist and email sign-ups. When you join our waitlist or subscribe to updates, we collect the email address you submit, along with any name you choose to provide.
Purchases. When you buy a license, you provide billing details through our payment provider (see “Payments” below). We receive your name, email address, and order and license details, but we do not receive or store your full card or banking information.
Support. If you contact us, we keep the messages and any details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
Our Site is hosted on Framer. As with most websites, our host and the tools that run the Site may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed, and may set cookies needed to operate the Site.
The Vaultex Software
Vaultex stores your media library, previews, settings, and related data locally on your own device. The Software does not send your media, library contents, usage, or analytics to us.
License activation is the one exception. To verify your license key and enforce activation limits, the Software communicates with our payment and licensing provider, Dodo Payments. This may involve transmitting your license key and a device identifier so we can confirm the key is valid and count how many machines it is active on.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
deliver, activate, and support the Software and your license
process purchases and prevent fraud or license abuse
send you waitlist updates, product news, and marketing emails you have signed up for (you can unsubscribe at any time)
respond to your questions and provide customer support
operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our products
comply with our legal obligations
4. Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. Your payment is handled on their systems under their own terms and privacy policy, and card details are never stored by us. We recommend reviewing Dodo Payments’ privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.
5. Email and marketing tools
We manage waitlist sign-ups and marketing emails using third-party services, including Klaviyo (email delivery) and Make.com (which connects our sign-up form to our email list). These providers process your email address on our behalf so we can send the messages you requested. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Cookies
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function and, where applicable, to remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
7. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run our business — for example our payment provider (Dodo Payments), website host (Framer), and email tools (Klaviyo and Make.com) — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
8. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain your license, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see “Your rights”).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from all marketing, email us at floww@axteredits.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our Site and Software are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
12. International users
We are based in India, and our service providers may process and store data in other countries. By using the Site or Software, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in locations outside your own country.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated by email or through the Site.
