This Refund Policy applies to all software licenses sold by Floww (“Floww”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Vaultex extension for Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
1. All sales are final
Our products are digital goods delivered instantly. As soon as your order is complete, your license key is issued and the download is made available. Because a delivered license key cannot be returned or deactivated once shared, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of use.
2. Try before you buy
We encourage you to review the product details, system requirements, and any available free or trial version before purchasing, so you can confirm the Software fits your workflow and setup. If you have questions before buying, email us at floww@axteredits.com — we’re happy to help.
3. Limited exceptions
While all sales are final, we want you to have a working product. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement in limited cases such as:
you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment)
you never received your license key due to a technical error on our side and we are unable to deliver it
the Software has a defect we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time, provided you have contacted us and given us the chance to fix it
To request consideration, email floww@axteredits.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, and may take a few business days to appear.
4. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be granted where, for example: you no longer need the Software; you bought the wrong product but received a valid key; your system does not meet the stated requirements; or Adobe changes its applications in a way that affects compatibility.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your license being suspended.
